2016年、Bouchard Transportation Co.はSUNY Maritime Collegeと提携し、BTCのTugキャプテン＆チーフエンジニア全員に必要なUSCGリーダーシップ＆マネジメントスキルコースを個人的に開催しました。コース終了後、全てのTug CaptainsはSUNY Maritime CollegeのBouchard Transportation Co.、Inc. Tug＆Barge Simulation Centreで一日のシミュレータートレーニングを受けました。適切な訓練と教育はBTCにとって非常に重要であり、船員や顧客にとっても常に安全な運航を保証します。
